Delete your DuckDik Sense account and data

In the app (recommended)

1. Open the DuckDik Sense app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted permanently and immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@duckdik.com from your registered address asking to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes all of your data: account and login (email, name), all health & fitness data (heart rate, sleep, stress, activity, etc.), location data from sport sessions, coach history and any family-circle connections. Nothing is retained.

DuckDik Sense is a wellness companion app for DuckDik bands. It is not a medical device.
